Host Code of
Conduct
Every host agrees to this before publishing an event. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Last updated October 31, 2026
Who this applies to
This code applies to everyone who creates, hosts, or co-hosts an event on Circle Space. You agree to it each time you publish an event.
The primary host is responsible for their co-hosts, helpers, and anyone they bring in to run the event.
You run your event
You are the organizer of your event. Circle Space provides tools to list it, take RSVPs, and chat, but does not organize, supervise, or attend events on your behalf.
You are responsible for planning and running the event, including the venue, activities, safety precautions, legal compliance, and how you, your co-hosts, and your helpers behave.
Describe it honestly
Give accurate details: what the event is, when and where it happens, who it is for, the price, and anything attendees need to bring or know.
Do not change an event into something materially different after people have joined. If plans change, update the event and tell attendees promptly. Cancel through the app if it can no longer go ahead.
Choose a safe venue and plan
Use a venue that is suitable for the activity and the number of people, and get any permission the venue owner or local authorities require.
Tell attendees about any physical, travel, weather, or other risks before they join, especially for sports, hikes, trips, and late-night events. Plan for first aid and emergencies where the activity calls for it.
Follow the law. No illegal drugs, weapons, or activities, and no alcohol where it is not lawfully permitted.
Do not exceed the capacity you set or the venue allows.
Keep attendees safe and respected
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted advances, and pressure of any kind are not allowed. Act on it when you see it or are told about it, including asking someone to leave.
Events are for adults 18 and over. Respect the gender eligibility you set for the event.
Do not share attendees' phone numbers, addresses, or other personal details without their permission. Ask before posting photos or videos of attendees, and remove them if someone asks.
Payments
Take payment only in the ways the event shows in the app. Do not ask Circle Space members to pay outside the app.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy and any terms you accepted for a paid event.
If something goes wrong
In an emergency, contact emergency services first. In Pakistan, call 15 for police or 1122 for rescue and ambulance.
Report any injury, harassment, or other serious incident to Circle Space through the app or at our contact page within 24 hours, and help us look into it.
Keep the event chat and any records you have. Do not delete them while a report is open.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your event and for any loss, injury, or damage caused by your own actions, your negligence, or your breach of this code, to the extent the law allows.
You agree to cover Circle Space's reasonable costs from claims caused by your breach of this code or your negligence, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Our Terms of Service explain Circle Space's own responsibility for events, including its limits.
When this code is broken
We may remove an event, stop you from hosting, suspend or ban your account, and hold or refund ticket payments in line with our Refund Policy.
Where the law requires it, or someone's safety is at risk, we may share information with the authorities.
