By creating an account, browsing, posting, messaging, joining communities, RSVPing to events, or otherwise using Circle Space, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.

Circle Space is a platform that helps users discover communities, events, exchanges, conversations, and people. Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, Circle Space does not organize, supervise, verify, endorse, control, or guarantee any user, community, event, exchange, message, post, profile, listing, offer, recommendation, or in-person interaction.

You are responsible for your own account, content, behavior, decisions, and interactions on and off the platform.

Circle Space may require profile review before some features are available. We may approve, deny, restrict, remove, or ban accounts that do not meet our trust, safety, authenticity, or community standards.

As part of profile approval, Circle Space places approved users into one of two member tiers based on our evaluation of trustworthiness and relevant safety signals. We use these tiers to help maintain a safer community and may change a user's tier when our assessment changes. A tier is an internal platform classification, not a background check, certification, or guarantee about any person.

Profile review is a platform safety process, not a background check or a guarantee that any user is safe, truthful, lawful, reliable, or suitable for any interaction.

You may not create misleading profiles, use photos or information that are not yours, impersonate another person, evade bans, or use Circle Space in a way that undermines user safety or trust.

Circle Space is designed for communities, events, exchanges, conversations, learning, collaboration, and genuine social connection. It is not a dating service or romantic matchmaking platform.

You may not use Circle Space primarily to seek dates, romantic relationships, sexual relationships, or unwanted personal attention. Romantic or sexual solicitation, repeated boundary-pushing, or using communities, events, chats, comments, or profiles to pressure other users is not allowed.

Sexually inappropriate, predatory, invasive, intimidating, or persistently unwanted behavior may result in an immediate permanent ban from Circle Space, including account, email, and device-level restrictions.

Users are expected to respect personal boundaries, communicate appropriately, and stop contacting someone if they do not want further interaction. We may restrict or remove accounts that misuse the platform in ways that make other users feel unsafe, targeted, harassed, or uncomfortable.

Most content on Circle Space is created, submitted, uploaded, or shared by users. This includes profiles, profile photos, posts, comments, chats, event listings, community pages, exchanges, ratings, images, links, and any other user-submitted material.

You are solely responsible for the content you create or share. You must not post or send illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, hateful, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, harassing, threatening, spammy, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.

Circle Space does not guarantee that user-generated content is accurate, safe, lawful, appropriate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. User-generated content does not represent the views of Circle Space.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Space is not responsible or liable for user-generated content, including objectionable, offensive, inaccurate, unsafe, or unlawful content posted or sent by users.

Circle Space may help users discover events, meetups, exchanges, communities, and conversations that can lead to in-person or off-platform interactions. Those interactions are between users and/or third parties, not Circle Space.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to meet, message, pay, collaborate with, travel with, host, attend, or otherwise interact with another user or third party. Use reasonable judgment, meet in public where appropriate, tell someone you trust where you are going, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Space is not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, dispute, harassment, misconduct, scam, payment issue, property damage, transportation issue, event cancellation, unsafe venue, or other harm connected to in-person, off-platform, or third-party interactions.

Circle Space does not perform background checks on users unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, qualifications, reliability, or suitability of any user, host, attendee, organizer, community member, or exchange participant.

Users may create or participate in communities, events, exchanges, discussions, and other social experiences. Unless Circle Space expressly identifies itself as the organizer, the user or third party who creates the event, community, or exchange is responsible for it.

Hosts and organizers are responsible for providing accurate details, following applicable laws, respecting attendees, handling their own arrangements, and making any payment, refund, safety, venue, permission, or cancellation terms clear to participants.

Each host or organizer is solely responsible for planning, conducting, supervising, and managing their event, including the venue, activities, safety precautions, legal compliance, and the conduct of hosts, co-hosts, staff, attendees, and other participants. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Space assumes no responsibility or liability for how an event is conducted or for any act, omission, behavior, incident, injury, loss, or dispute occurring at or in connection with it.

If Circle Space features, promotes, or gives priority placement to an event, community, or listing, the creator must not later change the details into inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, abusive, illegal, adult, hateful, spammy, or materially different content. Circle Space may remove the feature placement, remove the content, restrict the creator's account, or ban the account if featured content is misused.

Circle Space may provide discovery, messaging, RSVP, reporting, moderation, and administrative tools, but providing those tools does not make Circle Space a party to any agreement, transaction, event, meetup, exchange, or relationship between users.

Some hosts may ask attendees to pay directly using bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or another external method. Those payments are arranged directly between the host and attendee, not through Circle Space.

Circle Space does not process, hold, guarantee, reverse, refund, verify, insure, or take responsibility for direct payments, payment proof, account details, pricing, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, scams, disputes, mistakes, delays, or failed transfers between users.

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate payment details and refund terms. Attendees are responsible for deciding whether to pay, checking payment details before sending money, and keeping their own payment proof.

For an event that displays Circle Space managed payment details, the attendee transfers the displayed ticket price to the Circle Space collection account using the unique ticket reference and submits proof for verification. A ticket is issued only after Circle Space verifies receipt.

For each verified managed ticket, 90% of the displayed ticket price is allocated to the primary host and Circle Space retains a 10% platform fee. The host share is eligible for manual release 24 hours after the event ends if the event was not cancelled and no payment or refund case is open.

Managed ticket collection is a limited event-marketplace function. It does not create a bank account, deposit, stored-value balance, or general-purpose wallet for an attendee or host; ticket collections cannot earn interest or be used for unrelated transfers or purchases.

For events that instead display a host's external payment instructions, payment remains a direct arrangement between the host and attendee and is governed by the Direct payments between users section above.

Managed-ticket purchases are not refundable when an attendee changes their mind, cannot attend, arrives late, or does not use the ticket. Refunds may be approved when an event is cancelled, does not take place, is materially misrepresented, a duplicate payment is made, or payment is verified but no ticket is issued.

Before publishing a managed paid event, the primary host must provide a private payout destination and accept the paid-event host agreement. Hosts must not place bank, Raast, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other payment destinations in public event descriptions.

Circle Space does not guarantee that any banking rail will be continuously available. Payment verification, payout, and refund timing can depend on bank processing and manual reconciliation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.

Managed ticket payment availability is subject to Circle Space maintaining the required arrangements and approvals with its account-holding bank, payment partners, and applicable authorities. Circle Space may pause ticket collection immediately if those arrangements change.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Circle Space. We may review, remove, restrict, hide, or preserve content; limit features; reject submissions; suspend accounts; ban users; block devices; or take other action when we believe these Terms, our Community Guidelines, safety standards, or the law may have been violated.

For serious safety, harassment, exploitation, evasion, or boundary-related violations, enforcement may be immediate and irreversible, and Circle Space is not required to provide advance warning, repeated warnings, or reinstatement.

We may use automated tools, third-party services, user reports, and human review to help moderate content and protect the platform. Moderation is not guaranteed to catch every issue, and failure to remove specific content immediately does not mean Circle Space approves it.

Users can report content, profiles, messages, communities, events, exchanges, and other safety issues from inside the app where reporting tools are available, or by contacting us directly.

Circle Space does not provide legal, medical, financial, mental health, safety, career, or other professional advice. Any content or interaction on the platform is for general social and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at all times, or free from harmful content or harmful users. You use Circle Space at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Space and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or other losses arising from your use of the platform or interactions with users or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation. Some rights cannot be waived by contract, and these Terms should be read only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade bans, scrape or misuse platform data, interfere with platform security, spam other users, or use Circle Space for illegal, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, the platform, or the public.
