📢 PUBLIC NOTICE All curly haired citizens are hereby informed that Ghoonghrat: The Curly Hair Baddies, a social meetup for the curly community, will take place on 4 October. Entry rules: - Only curly and wavy haired people will be let in. - Straighteners must be surrendered at the gate. - Anyone carrying a comb will be viewed with suspicion. - Anyone who has ever said "Is that your hair or a bird's nest?" is banned for life. The only exception: the host. He recently shaved his head and insists the curls are still in there, just not coming out. The committee has allowed him in on humanitarian grounds.
